The DMC-120 single pulse bag filter is a small bag filter.

The DMC-120 single machine pulse bag dust collector adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) high flow electromagnetic pulse valve to spray and clean the dust from each dust bag one by one. Compared with other single machine dust collectors in China, it has the characteristics of high dust cleaning kinetic energy and high dust cleaning efficiency. And it has a small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type).

The DMC-120 single pulse bag filter is widely used in industries such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing for dust containing gas purification and treatment systems. It is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.

The DMC-120 single machine pulse bag filter currently has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type (without ash hopper) B. Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, air purifying chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box is all of welded structure, and the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips to ensure that the DMC-120 pulse bag single machine dust remover is tight and air tight.

The working principle of DMC-120 single pulse bag filter:

The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet of the DMC-120 pulse bag single machine dust collector, and enters the dust removal bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean air chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag filter can work intermittently, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the filter bag.

Dust cleaning is achieved by using a pulse control device to sequentially activate an electromagnetic pulse valve in a timed manner, causing compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the bag to be blown out through the nozzle holes (referred to as primary air) and induced by a Venturi tube to generate surrounding air several times the primary air (referred to as secondary air). The air enters the filter bag, causing the dust removal bag to rapidly expand in an instant, and with the opposite direction of the airflow, the dust is shaken off. The dust attached to the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning.
